4-Week Introductory Courses

The ideal starting point for beginners

Our 4-week introductory courses, which run periodically, are designed for students who are new to yoga. Each class builds on the week before, and over the 4 weeks, students get an overview of the Iyengar style of practice and learn some of the key postures.

After completing the course, students can move into one of our general classes to continue their practice.
