The ideal starting point for beginners
Our 4-week introductory courses, which run periodically, are designed for students who are new to yoga. Each class builds on the week before, and over the 4 weeks, students get an overview of the Iyengar style of practice and learn some of the key postures.
The Beginner’s Class, which runs each week, is an ideal way forward for all new students or for those returning from a break. Taught in small groups, you’ll learn the fundamental postures and principles, gradually building your Iyengar practice.
